Can I purchase a new vehicle and write it off?

I just purchased a business in which I will be required to use my vehicle quite a bit for business purposes. My business will not make very much, however, my w2 income is over $250,000.00 Can I write the vehicle off of my w2 income? Or only my business (llc) income?
