Spiritually speaking, do you only add people to your contacts if they add you too?

In short, yes.I don't want to impose myself on anybody else.(i'm in secret fear to be rejected)But I have different number of fans and contacts--one whose liked me doesn't allow anybody to contact him(in fear to be reported--he lost quite a few accounts)
