I am going throught the menopause?

My periods have been all over the place since having my first child 3 years ago, there offten heavy and last between 2/3 weeks and i also have break through bleeding. I've been the doctors and the hospital for test and i am waiting for the results. The past two months i havnt had a proper period but i've been having terrible sore , terrible head aches, hot flushes, sweats of a night time, being tired and moody for nothing . I've asked the doctor if he could do a blood test to rile this out and he has said no. I am only 25 and i have had enough of going through this all the time, What can i do? Pleae help xxxx
