What are our options when the owner has ped away and I am one of the moderators left and the other two mode

Our owner ped away 1 yr. ago---I am one of the 3 remaining moderators--the other two aren't even posting hardly at all anymore. I am getting soo much spam-type messages in the guise of a message but they make no sense whatsoever. What are my options here as a working moderator? thanx for all the help teddy Ann
