Baby 10 weeks cough congested should i give bath or just sponge?

we took her to the hospital she doesnt have pnuemonia or anything serious and the doctor said she is too little for medicine, so i am wondering would you give her a bath? or wait until she is better? or just sponge her off with a warm rag? shes not real dirty today but its been a few days but what do you think? thank you!!!!
