Who got a better return? The A's from Haren or the Marlins from Cabrera and Willis?

i feel like the A's got a lot of prospect depth from Haren and the Marlins got two dynamic prospects from the tigers. I like both trades but who got the better deal in terms of value? Could each have gotten more if they were more patient? Who are better, the prospects the a's got in return or the ones the marlins got in return?
