Which part of the Wisconsin budget repair bill prevents collective bargaining?
The only part that even addresses collective bargaining would tie wage increases to the CPI. This seems completely reasonable. But I keep seeing people in here claiming the bill prevents collective bargaining. Can anyone please point out the paragraph / section that does this?
