What is the difference between the 06, 07, and 09 cbr 600rr?

lets say im a begginer biker and have rode a 250cc before but i want the best bang for my buck like not to spend to much but i dont wana regret my buy either so i was thinking what are the differences and if a 06 cbr would be a better buy for 4500 than a 09 for 9k and what the differences are like when abs was put on t the bikes which ones lighter heavier and which one would be a goood buy at this time?
