Spandex Alternative?

Alternative stretch fabrics to consider are swimwear or interlock. Not sure of the colors you are considering for this portion of the costume, but a darker hue of the color will make under "lines" somewhat less noticeable, especially at night. Of course, if you don't mind being a bit "free," you can omit the undies.
