My chemical Romance fans help me!?

I heard from an interview with mcr on fuse before their last black parade show in madison square garden that after The Black Parade Is Dead! was released that they would take a break. I know that doesn't mean they broke up, but does anyone know how long the break will be, and when will they have a new record out. Thanks.
