Mothers day gift...?

Do you think this is a good idea for my mother in law? We had her first grandchild in december and she adores her!!. I was thinking about getting a matted 8x10 picture frame, putting a really cute picture of the baby in it, and then putting the baby's hand and footprints all around the mat in cute colors to match her house. good idea or no??
