Is everything compatible?

Yes it will work...I ume the Rosewill case R101 is the one WITH the 450W PSU You may wat to check the use of a 90mm fan..I think the front of the case can only take 80mm. Kind of expensive to get the Ultimate 7 for such a low end computer just get the home version..save 80 bucks.
