I have a 2002 Honda Accord EX with a stock headunit?

I want to know how i can add a Amp and 2 12 inch subs. how do i hook it up? and i want some loud subs without breaking the bank? i tried a Mtx Terminator (one 12) but i was not satisfied with it. and how do i control the b level since i cant on the Stock head unit? Any ideals? thanks for your help.
