How to get rid of neighbours cat?

You can buy special sprays from the local hardware store that are not toxic in anyway, and once you spray them they are very VERY effective and the cats just dont bother because the smell annoys the heck out of them but it doesnt bother us. Here in Vic, Australia, our local bunnings sell a wide array of them.
