Help please..... I have dry skin patches over my face and there all wrinkly ?

I used a mudd mask I mean I use them all the time but for some reason my skin has dried in some places and now look like a patch work quilt, and they feel like when you dry glue on your hand, what can I do no where is open to buy anything? ??
