Allergic to makeup?

i have been wearing tru blend foundation for about 2 mos. and i have been wearing covergirl bronzer for about 1 mos. and i have red splotches on my cheeks. am i allergic to teh base or the bronzer or do i have to get used to it?? also what are some more sensitive bases i can buy at the store??
